Hotel bookings can be handled by Antwerp Convention Bureau, via a special page containing negotiated rates for selected hotels in downtown Antwerp, all in the vicinity of the conference venue and main city attractions.

Participants are free to seek own alternatives on e.g. www.booking.com, or www.airbnb.com.
